Beach Condos in the Winter

Just as refreshing pools and beach services are important vacation amenities during the summer months, inviting condo features are important during the winter. Though considerably warmer than more northern locations, winter along Alabama’s Gulf Coast can still get chilly—even downright cold at times.

You may not be able to take a dip in the Gulf this time of year, but Spectrum’s condominiums offer a warm and luxurious environment. Gourmet kitchens, high-definition TVs, and up to five bedrooms per unit are some of the features that make these condos conducive to indoor time. The condos at Turquoise Place even include fireplaces and private-balcony Jacuzzis to add to the warm ambiance—enjoy amazing Gulf-front views while staying warm in your private hot tub.

And you’re not confined to your condo unit: other amenities such as indoor pools, spas, and fitness centers can also be enjoyed during the colder weather. So start planning that winter beach getaway!

New Year’s Eve Bash at The Beach Club

It’s almost time for one of the biggest celebrations of the year: New Year’s Eve is right around the corner. If you really want to celebrate it right this year, book a room at The Beach Club and party to the music of the Mulch Brothers.

Nashville recording artists, the Mulch Brothers have shared stage time with Richie Sambora, Jon Bon Jovi, and Jimmy Buffet, among several others, and they’ve written Taylor Swift’s “Lucky You” and a new song featured in the upcoming Gwyneth Paltrow movie “Country Song.”

In addition to great music, party-goers will get to enjoy delicious food prepared by Executive Chef Greg Buschmohle, a champagne toast at midnight, and a fireworks display. Dance Your way into the new year, then retire to your condo--no need to worry about driving if you're staying at The Beach Club!

Fishing: No Need to Wait

You don’t have to wait for summer to roll around again to take that next fishing trip. The weather along the Alabama Gulf Coast may be cooler this time of year, but the fishing is still going strong.

Plenty of fish are out there to be caught, and plenty of fishing options are available through the fall and winter months: surf fishing, pier fishing, as well as inshore and offshore fishing. Maybe you just want to spend a couple hours trying your luck right off the beach, or maybe you’re up for an adventurous overnight fishing trip out in the Gulf. The choice is yours.

Several charters are available to take you on your fishing excursion. Dolphin cruises are another option for boating fans. Visit the Spectrum Resorts website for a list of fishing charters.

Shopping Season

The luxuriousness of Spectrum Resorts’ condominiums and the gorgeous weather this time of year aren’t the only reasons you should visit us for your fall getaway. The holiday shopping season is picking up, and the Gulf Shores and Orange Beach area has a variety of shopping options.

One advantage of shopping somewhere such as the Gulf is the individuality of the shops. Locations such as San Roc Cay and Bayou Village offer several stores with unique merchandise. From chocolate candies and novelty gifts to local boutiques and art galleries, you’ll be sure to find something special to gift.

For those who like to stick to traditional, brand name retail, the Tanger Outlet Mall has over 120 brand name outlet stores—not to mention great deals.

And it’s not just about what you’re shopping for—atmosphere is important, too. Places like The Wharf have not only shopping, but also great restaurants, a movie theater, live music, and a lively environment.

Spa Holiday

This time of year, many of us are already in a holiday shopping state of mind. Coming up with gift ideas that are new, unique, and useful can be a challenge year after year. Often, we get hung up on looking for the perfect “thing.” This year, try giving the perfect spa experience.

The Sirena del Sol Spa at The Beach Club is getting into the holiday spirit by adding a little seasonal aroma therapy to their already rejuvenating pedicures and facials. Pumpkin spice and cranberry 60-minute pedicures are available for $45, cranberry 50-minute facials are available for $65, and a 60-minute champagne pedicure will be offered for $45.

Treat a loved one to a seasonably aromatic spa visit as part of a weekend getaway, or celebrate the New Year by indulging with friends. Visit The Beach Club website for more information.

Thankful for Savings!

Visitors staying with Spectrum Resorts this month have a lot to be thankful for, thanks to some money-saving specials. Throughout November, guests staying at The Beach Club and Caribe will get one free night for every night they stay—and those staying at The Beach Club will also get $50 in resort credit.

Those looking for a little extra fun and excitement might want to check out the Murder Mystery Weekend at The Beach Club, which will take place November 12th to 14th. The fun starts on Friday evening with the actual “murder.” On Saturday guests will spend the day looking for clues to help solve the mystery, then have the chance to solve the murder on Saturday evening. Guests who guess correctly will be entered into a drawing to win a two-night, three-day stay.

The Holiday Weight Gain

This time of year is tough when it comes to staying fit. If you’re like many people, you haven’t been able to resist the Halloween candy that is everywhere right now. It’s only going to get worse going into the holiday season, with Thanksgiving meals and Christmas treats. And with the drop in temperatures, our bodies are more hidden beneath layers of clothing, reducing the incentive to stay trim.

Visit the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area, though, and you may have more desire be in shape again. The warmer weather allows for fewer layers, and if you book a condo with Spectrum Resorts, you’ll have access to several exercise outlets. All three resorts feature fitness rooms with a variety of workout equipment. Several pools—both outdoor and indoor—are also available, as are tennis courts. Enjoy your holiday treats, have fun, and keep fit!

Babymoon

If you are expecting a baby, you have much to celebrate and prepare for—and a very good reason to visit the Gulf Coast. A perfect spot for honeymoons, Alabama’s Gulf Coast is also an excellent pick for a babymoon—a celebratory getaway for you and your partner, and your final vacation as non-parents.

Your babymoon may be the last vacation you take for a while, so you’ll want to make it count. Treating yourself to some luxury and relaxation on the beach is ideal—and The Beach Club offers the perfect opportunity. The Babymoon Getaway package offers two nights in a one-bedroom, Gulf-front condo, an in-spa couples’ massage or hir/her manicures/pedicures, non-alcoholic champagne and chocolate truffles (a must for a pregnant woman), a gift basket, and resort credit worth $50—enough to treat yourself to something extra or buy an early gift for your baby!

Murder Mystery

Halloween doesn’t have to be the only day for dressing up in costumes. Visitors to Gulf Shores who stay at The Beach Club November 12th to 14th can dress up in costume and participate in the Murder Mystery Weekend.

Here’s the basic storyline: The University of Alabama’s head coach is retiring, and the question of who will get his job spurs a murder. Guests who purchase a murder mystery package will get to witness the murder Friday night amid hors d’oeuvres and cocktails, complimentary breakfast Saturday morning followed by clues to help solve the mystery, then dinner Saturday evening and a chance to solve the murder. And if you solve the murder, you’ll be entered into a drawing to win a two-night/three-day stay.

Packages include a two-night stay at The Beach Club and participation in the murder mystery, or you can pay $150 for general admission, which does not include accommodations. For more information, visit Spectrum Resorts online.

A Good Month for Music

If you love music, the Alabama Gulf Coast is where you’ll want to be in October. Music is in the air along the coast this month, with Bon Jovi performing October 15th, Brad Paisley performing October 17th, and now Alan Jackson is scheduled to perform on October 30th.

Not only are these some big names in music, but the shows are free—they’re part of the Concerts for the Coast series, which is intended to attract visitors to the Gulf Coast and help the economy. Tickets are still required, and locals can pick up tickets for the Alan Jackson concert at The Wharf’s Amphitheater on Monday, October 11th at 10 a.m.

It’s your chance to enjoy some great music for free while showing support for the area. Rent a condo with Spectrum Resorts and you’ll get tickets to the Bon Jovi and Brad Paisley concerts; visit the Spectrum Resorts website for more information.

Cabanas

Sometimes, you need a little luxury within luxury, such as when you’re spending the day at the pool and beach and you don’t want to have to go all the way back up to your condo for lunch, a bathroom break, or just a simple break from the sun. Guests of Turquoise Place and The Beach Club can get this luxury by renting a cabana.

For $150 a day, you’ll have access to perks such as a television, mini-refrigerator, bathroom with shower, waitress service, and a private patio. The Beach Club cabanas even provide towels and fresh fruit. It’s an ideal setup for families or other groups looking for a little privacy and small break from the poolside activity without having to retire to the condo.

Visit the Spectrum Resorts website for more information.

Indoor vs. Outdoor Pools

Fall has arrived, and though it is still warm along Alabama’s Gulf Coast, the temperatures have dropped slightly and will drop a little more throughout the season. Depending on where you’re from, the fall weather may actually feel like fall, or it may feel like a tropical paradise.

Which is why it’s nice to have the option of an indoor versus an outdoor pool. Visitors from the much-cooler north will find the weather ideal for outdoor swimming, while those from the warm south may prefer the indoor, heated pools—which are offered at all three Spectrum Resorts properties. Turquoise Place even has a waterslide, basketball goal, swim jets, and underwater speakers as part of its indoor saltwater pool, and the Beach Club offers five outdoor pools in addition to its indoor heated pool.

If you’re really looking to warm up, the properties also offer several hot tubs. Learn more about them at the Spectrum Resorts website.

Hear the Thunder from the Balcony

Imagine sitting high on your Gulf-front balcony, grilling steaks or perhaps relaxing in the hot tub, while watching the thrilling races of powerboats as they zip through the ocean. Stay with Turquoise Place the weekend of Thunder of the Gulf and this will be your reality.

Scheduled from Tuesday, October 12th to Sunday, October 17th, Thunder on the Gulf isn’t the only big event of that weekend. As part of the Concerts for the Coast series, both Bon Jovi and Brad Paisley will perform that same weekend—Bon Jovi on the 15th and Brad Paisley on the 17th. Guests staying at any of the three Spectrum Resorts properties will receive four free tickets to both concerts.

There’s still plenty of time to plan a getaway with the family or a group of friends, book a condo with Spectrum and enjoy a fun weekend of boat-racing exhilaration and great music!

Things to Do

There are a couple ways you could spend your vacation. One way is to simply relax: read a book on the beach or poolside, float tranquilly down the lazy river, pamper yourself at the spa and enjoy a drink at the tiki bar.

The other way is to explore, and the Alabama Gulf Coast offers plenty of opportunities for exploration. Historic sites like Fort Morgan and Fort Gaines offer glimpses into the rich history of the area. If you enjoy nature, you’re in the right area—nature trails and wildlife are abundant, and attractions like the Dauphin Island Sea Lab, the Biophillia Nature Center, and the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo provide fun and educational nature encounters.

Traveling with kids? Take them out for some go-kart and bumper boat action at The Track, or mini-golf at Pirate’s Island. And then there’s the shopping—the Tanger Outlet Center is popular for its brand name deals, or window-shop amid the charming atmosphere of downtown Fairhope.

Concierge Services

Vacation represents a time to get away, not just from your physical location but also from your day-to-day routine. It’s the perfect opportunity to engage in activities you don’t normally get to do and try new things.

But if you’re not familiar with the area you’re visiting, or you simply can’t decide on what to do and what to skip (there isn’t always time for everything), having a little help can be a big advantage, which is what makes the concierge service at Turquoise Place so appealing. This service offers advice and recommendations on dining and entertainment, will set up chairs and umbrellas on the beach for you, and will even have groceries delivered to your condo. You can’t beat the convenience.

Visit the Spectrum Resorts website for more information on this and other amenities.

Family Reunion

I have a rather large family, and getting to visit everyone is pretty much impossible. Not only are there so many relatives, but they’re scattered all over the eastern part of the country.

It’s a situation that many families face these days: travel is expensive and time is limited, making frequent visits to distant family members difficult. Thanks to Facebook and other social sites, keeping in contact on a daily basis is easier, but it’s not the same as seeing someone in person.

This is what makes family reunions so popular—one location, one time, and everyone gets to visit with everyone. Rent out a condo or two with Spectrum resorts and the whole group can be in the same place, spending leisurely time on the beach or at the pool during the day and checking out the dining and nightlife scene of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach in the evening.

The Beach Club offers special group rates. Visit Spectrum’s website for more information.

The In-Between

It’s that transitional time of year again: school is starting and the summer vacation season is winding down, yet it still feels and looks like summer. It’s simply too early to really look forward to fall, but it’s becoming too late to enjoy some of the summer hot spots like pools and water parks, which are already shortening their hours or closing altogether.

It’s not too late, however, to book a vacation with Spectrum Resorts. With the Jump Into Fall Savings deal, guests of Turquoise Place and Caribe the Resort can save up to 42% on fall rates from September 8th to October 31st. And that’s the perfect time to visit Alabama’s Gulf Coast—the weather is still warm, allowing you to enjoy one last beach hurrah before jumping into fall.

Visit Spectrum Resorts for more information about this special.

Making Time for Golf

For many people, vacation is a time to get away from it all, let go of regular day-to-day activities and live more simply for a few days. For golf lovers, vacation is the perfect opportunity to add that extra activity that we so enjoy—it’s our version of ultimate relaxation.

And Alabama’s Gulf Coast has some of the best golf around. Scenic, signature courses provide both beauty and challenge. As an added benefit, if you book a three-night four-day stay at The Beach Club, you can take advantage of the Golf at the Gulf package, which offers 50% off a round of golf at a course of your choice. Relaxed spending equals a relaxed vacation!

Those Magic Moments

If I attended one concert, spent one day at a water park, and went on a vacation all within one season, I’d consider that season to be a big success. If I did all of that within one week, I’d consider it one heck of an exciting week!

With Spectrum Resort’s Magic Moments vacation package, you can fit all of these activities into one week—or however long your vacation is. Guests who book a vacation with The Beach Club, Turquoise Place, or Caribe will get two to four tickets (depending on the number of bedrooms rented) for either the July 31st Steve Miller Band concert or the August 6th Sugarland concert, as well as passes to Waterville USA and tickets to ride the Ferris wheel at The Wharf—the biggest in the south. You also get one free night of lodging for every two paid nights, a “Support Alabama’s Gulf Coast” t-shirt, and 10% off all on-property purchases.

Visit the Spectrum Resort website to learn more about this and other current deals.

Olympic Fun

We’re two years away from the next Olympic games, and I can’t help but look forward to that summer. I love the competitive spirit of the games, the camaraderie among teammates, and the way the world’s focus is trained on the whole event.

Two years away though we are, guests of Turquoise Place and Caribe the Resort can get an early taste of the games with the Lazy River Olympics. Visitors from the same state team up and compete against teams from other states in games like balloon tosses and relay races. It’s a fun way to socialize and make new friends, and it’s a bonding opportunity for vacationing family members.

Other poolside sports and games taking place throughout the summer include pool basketball and volleyball, aqua rodeo, poker chip dive, aqua jump rope, and many others. Check out the list of events here.

It's the Kids' Vacation, Too

Family vacations can evoke a host of feelings among family members. I can remember going on trips with my parents and feeling, for the most part, happy to be with them in a more laid back setting, then feeling like I needed a break from them at other times—just a little independence to do things I wanted to do.

This is where the Beach Club’s Kids' Brigade comes in handy. This program, intended for children ages 5 to 12, engages kids in a variety of indoor and outdoor activities. As a kid, I would’ve loved to have the opportunity to have fun with other kids during my vacation; as a parent, anything that allows you a little free time while keeping your child happy is a valuable option.

Day and evening programs are available, and rates are per day or per week, as well as per child. Visit the Beach Club’s website for more information.

Tiki Bars

There’s something about tiki bars that inspires an exotic sense of leisureliness. The word “tiki” alone reminds me of pool-side drinks and tropical breezes—the epitome of a fabulous vacation.

The popularity of the tiki bar is obvious: people everywhere are trying to re-create the tiki scene in their own backyards using everything from stand-alone tiki torches to actual bamboo huts. Throw in the fixings for some tropical drinks and you’ll come pretty close to the real thing.

But nothing can quite compare to a resort-style tiki bar. Spectrum Resorts’ Turquoise Place, Caribe the Resort, and The Beach Club all offer pool-side tiki bars in a resort atmosphere. Kick back with a drink, enjoy the Gulf breezes and the fun atmosphere.

Let's Play Some Wii!

If you think you’re too old for video games, then you probably haven’t played Wii. And if you’ve played it and still aren’t sold, then you haven’t played it on a 120-inch screen.

Every Wednesday night, guests of The Beach Club can gather at Sand Island for a little Wii action. Wii tournaments are held from 8:00 to 10:00 p.m., and are excellent ways for families to spend their evenings together. (And playing Wii Sports is a good way to redeem yourself after a bad game of golf or tennis.)

The Wii tournaments are one of many regular activities taking place at The Beach Club throughout the summer. Click here to view the Weekly Resort Guide.

Private Balconies

Whether enjoying a cup of coffee first thing in the morning, having a snack during lunch, or watching the sunset at the end of the day, lounging on a private balcony overlooking the Gulf really adds that extra touch of tranquility. No one else is there to disturb you: it’s just you and a gorgeous view.

Or perhaps it’s you, the view, and that special someone or other family members. Either way, it’s a great way to experience the Alabama Gulf Coast, and the private balconies at Turquoise Place make it that much more special. With a Jacuzzi and grill, simple outdoor privacy becomes idyllic entertainment. Cook dinner on the grill while enjoying an amazing view, then relax in the Jacuzzi before bed.

Visit Spectrum Resorts for more information about Turquoise Place and other Spectrum properties.

Poolside Movies and Campfires

What do you get when you combine three popular family activities—swimming, movies, and campfires—into one event? You get The Beach Club’s Dive-In Movies and Campfires, one of many family-friendly activities that will be taking place at the resort throughout the summer.

Every Tuesday at 8 P.M., guests can gather at the Club Pool to watch a movie and enjoy a poolside campfire. Nothing can quite compare to watching a movie on a twelve-foot by nine-foot inflatable screen while floating lazily in a pool (or even just dangling your feet in the water if you don’t want to get completely wet)—not quite the typical movie theater!

The campfire is an excellent place for warming yourself or toasting s’mores for a mid-movie snack. The whole event makes for relaxing and sociable end-of-day entertainment.

Visit Spectrum Resorts for more information on The Beach Club and our other resorts.

Come be Lazy with Us

Can you just imagine it? A brightly-colored inner tube. Swimsuit. Sunglasses. And a leisurely float on a warm summer day. The lazy river. The name captures it all.

Don't settle for just imaging it. Come experience the fun in person when you stay with Spectrum Resorts.

Your life is busy enough. You've got work, home, kids, errands - there is never enough time to get everything done. You rush from one task to the next. Where's the joy in that hectic pace?

Don't you just want to escape and be lazy for a few days? You know... no schedule, no rush, no deadlines... paradise.

Instead of creeping to work in slow moving traffic, frustration growing by the minute, how about floating slowly on a winding river, the summer sun shining down, happiness growing by the minute.

In addition to a relaxing float on the lazy river, you can unwind at one of our pools or in the spa, where those tense muscles will surrender.

With your spirit revived you can pick up the pace with tennis, golf or maybe some shopping. Or if you like, the pace can stay lazy all vacation long. With our full service, upscale resort accommodations and amenities, you can enjoy a complete vacation experience without ever leaving the resort.

Mother's Day Brunch

The concept of a brunch has always intrigued me. Even the word “brunch” strikes me as something special, something elegant and, knowing that The Beach Club in Gulf Shores is offering a Mother’s Day brunch, something perfect for Mom.

The resort’s Southbeach Bar & Grill is presenting a savory brunch buffet for Mother’s Day. For $24.95 (and $9.95 per child age 5 to 12), guests can have their choice of various salads, side dishes like roasted sweet potatoes and zucchini and yellow squash casserole, Eggs Benedict and blueberry pancakes, various meats and seafood, and of course a dessert table. And to really make Mom—and her youngsters—feel special, children will get the chance to pick a flower from the floral shop to give to their mom.

It’s a great opportunity to spend some time with Mom on her special day and eat some delicious food. Call 251-224-3600 for reservations, and click here to view the full menu.

Celebrate with Mom

I know many people who stress when it comes to buying gifts for people. Mother’s Day is no exception, and for good reason—it’s Mom, after all. She deserves something spectacular.

In all likelihood, Mom probably wants to celebrate the very thing that defines her motherhood—family. This is where the special Mother’s Day deals being offered by Turquoise Place, Caribe, and The Beach Club come in handy. Turquoise Place and Caribe are offering 40% off stays between May 5th and 12th, a free spa service at Sirena del Sol, and a scrapbooking kit. The Beach Club is offering two- and three-night packages, also with a free spa service and scrapbooking kit, as well as a $25 resort credit for a two-night stay and a $50 resort credit for a three-night stay.

The nice thing about a gift like this is that the whole family can enjoy it. (Although to emphasize the point that it’s a Mother’s Day gift, you should probably let Mom enjoy the free spa service and resort credit.)

Visit the Spectrum Resorts website for more information on the Turquoise Place and Caribe deals; click here for information on The Beach Club.

Big Savings in April

There are two reasons why I’m excited about the weekend of April 23rd to the 25th. First, it’s the 26th Annual Interstate Mullet Toss & Gulf Coast’s Greatest Beach Party. And a great beach party it is—lots of food, activity and, of course, mullet tossing.

The other reason is the incredible deal Spectrum Resorts is offering for that weekend: 40% off the cost of a rental at Turquoise Place or Caribe Resort plus eight cab vouchers. Saving a significant amount of money is always a bonus, but the cab vouchers are the icing on the cake—peace of mind concerning safe partying is essential for a successful weekend of revelry.

The Mullet Toss weekend isn’t the only hot deal Spectrum is offering in April. Anyone bringing kids to Turquoise Place or Caribe will also make out like a bandit this month. The more kids you bring, the more money you save. Learn more about this and other deals here.

More to Dining than the Food

When I’m vacationing at a resort, I want a unique experience. I want nice, clean lodging; a scenic view; fun and/or relaxing activities (that I don’t get to do at home); and good food.

The food is a very important part of the whole experience. And being “good” food isn’t the only make-or-break factor. Atmosphere is important, as are choices—I could be eating the best shrimp and lobster in town, but if the restaurant is anything but charming, I’m likely going to feel the urge to ditch the food and leave.

The Beach Club in Gulf Shores definitely presents options: two restaurants, two bars, a pool-side grill, and an old-fashioned soda fountain and coffee house. There’s nothing boring about these selections. And as for atmosphere, “old-fashioned soda fountain” and “pool-side” speak volumes, in my opinion.

All of the dining settings at The Beach Club offer pleasant, relaxing settings. Learn more about them here.

A Little Self-Indulgence

One of the perks of being on vacation is indulging in the “extras,” those little self-indulgences that allow us to focus on no one and nothing else but ourselves. They aren’t necessary…and yet maybe they are.

Consider the spa experience, for example. You could visit Gulf Shores, relax on the beach, and enjoy the area activities and attractions, and you’d have a fabulous vacation. Throw in a trip (or two) to The Beach Club’s spa for a little pampering and your vacation has just reached a new level. With manicures and pedicures and various massages, relaxation is a certainty—and isn’t that the point of vacation?

The great thing about The Beach Club’s spa is you can choose what works for you: the experience could be just about you and your particular situation (the spa offers special packages for moms-to-be and brides), or you could share it with someone special by taking advantage of the couples massage. Get a facial, have your hair done, even eat lunch while you’re there—whatever it takes to decompress and get the most out of your “me” time.

Visit their website for more information.

Get Into the Swing of Your Caribe Vacation

Chances are your daily routine already involves a lot of swinging. You swing by school to pick up the kids. You swing by the grocery store and wonder what's for dinner. You swing by the drive through on your way to work for a cup of coffee.

But that's not the kind of swinging that brings joy. When you vacation at Caribe Resort in Orange Beach, we can introduce you to some fun swinging.

Start with a forceful backhand swing on one of our three lighted tennis courts. The stress of your hectic life will fade away with each swing. Racquets and balls are available at the on-site front desk.

Next a controlled swing is called for as you master your putt on your 10,000 square-foot Tiff Eagle putting green. For more golf swinging action, try out the artificial 18-hole course located on the upper deck, near the lazy river. You can pick up putters and balls at the front desk.

Whether you enjoy the tennis courts or the golfing action at Caribe, you'll definitely notice a swing in your step and a smile on your face as you relax and unwind on your Alabama Gulf Coast vacation.

Turquoise Place: Color Me Happy

Tell winter to take a hike. Tell scenes of gray skies and banks of snow that you are ready for some vibrant color in your life!

Then tell your family or tell your sweetheart - it's time to ramp up the color palette with a vacation in Orange Beach at Turquoise Place. Heck, in just the names alone we've already injected a brighter spirit.

As you arrive at Turquoise Place, you can't help but be transformed by the namesake color that envelops the structures. It creates an energy, a commitment that gray and bland just won't be allowed on this vacation.

When you first enter your luxurious accommodations, chances are at first you won't notice a single thing inside. Your eyes and your soul will be drawn to the doors that lead to your balcony. Ahhh - color splash! It's the bright blue sky that reaches down to meet the calm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Glancing down at the sandy beach, pops of color indicate beach towels and umbrellas - signs that fun in the sun awaits.

At last your eyes shift away from the captivating view outside and you realize the stunning view inside. No wonder you keep the blinds closed and curtains drawn.

Turquoise Place: Our Heated Pool is Really Cool

Your stay at Turquoise Place isn't complete without a visit to our indoor pool. Head up to the 4th floor for a relaxing dip in our heated, salt water pool. It features a waterslide, basketball goal, swim jets and underwater speakers. See, we told you it was cool!

The pool area has towering cathedral ceilings and the observation deck provides panoramic views of both the bay and the gulf.

Continue your experience with a stress-melting session in one of the two hot tubs or perhaps the dry sauna or steam room. Your worries won't stand a chance!

If your stay is during the early spring when the outdoor pool, the lazy river and the gulf may be a little chilly for your preference, then our indoor pool area is going to quickly become your favorite spot to make a splash.
